One-a-Day Menopause Formula?

Does anyone here take the One-a-Day Menopause formula vitamins? Has it done anything to help your symptoms? I have one friend who recommended it, but I was wondering if others have used it and if it helped with anything. Thanks.

I haven't used them, but they may just be branded that way to boost sales.. I would look at several different kinds of one-a-day vitamins and compare the ingredients to the "One-A-Day-Menopause Formula".. If there's no extra ingredients and/or significant differences in the amounts of ingredients, I wouldn't pay extra for the name..
