Once Upon A Time

I don't think Emma "is" anyone else...just her. She's Snow White & Prince Charming's daughter...so I suppose she's Princess Emma.

Killing Henry would actually seem sort of logical. He doesn't have a place in Fairytale Land, so when/if the curse gets broken he'd have no where to go other than back to Emma...however, Emma does belong to Fairytale Land, so she may end up going there as well. Also, having him die (especially if, as the preview hinted, it's due to one of Regina's poison apples) could be just the push Emma needs to fight the curse. (Regina killed my son...i'm going to do whatever it takes to stop her, even if it means believing this crazy story)

I really liked last night's episode...even if the Pinocchio thing was a bit predictable.

I really enjoyed last night's episode too. My daughter and I predicted August was Pinocchio back in February, so even though it was predictable, it was still fun to watch how it all played out.

I kind of like the idea of Henry dying from one of Regina's poisoned apples to help push Emma into believing the story, but I also hate the idea of Henry leaving the show. I love that little guy!

I also hated seeing Regina trying to dig her claws into Charming. I was yelling at the tv during the lasagna dinner scene, much to my 8 year old's amusement :lmao:.

I liked last nights episode. All I could think while watching it was that you guys called it right! I had to laugh at DD (6) when August was trying to convince Emma that the curse was true. She was yelling at the tv, "Just show her your leg!!" :happytv:

Hope they don't kill off Henry, but how else can they make Emma believe?

My daughter and I were too, lol. I was actually ticked when Emma couldn't see how it had turned to wood.

It was pretty sweet, because my 8 year old daughter had tears in her eyes when Pinocchio left baby Emma at the orphanage. I've never seen her react that way to a show. And I have to admit, I became a bit misty eyed when he showed Geppetto how to work the cuckoo clock, all the time knowing he was his "father" but couldn't say anything. Ugh, I love this show!

I felt the same way. Then I started to think about it. Why should she trust anything, particularly fairy tales, given the way she grew up? I think she's more well-adjusted than she should be, given the circumstances.

I know, I can only imagine how crazy I would think things were if I were her but I want her to fix things so badly that her attitude is making me mad!

Also, I wasn't a fan of her when she was on How I Met Your Mother so some of that irritation has definitely carried over.

More importantly, I need her to fix everything so August can stay on the show so I can have something so lovely to look at. :hyper:

Add me to the list of those that would be disappointed if they killed off Henry. One because he is an integral part of the show and two, because my kids watch it and, although parts are dark, it is especially dark to kill off a kid.

I wonder if Regina poisons Henry and takes him to the mental hospital/dungeon with Belle so Emma can't get him.

Did anyone else notice that Henry left his walkie talkie on his bed when he went down to meet Emma? I'm sure Regina is going to find it.

okay I have had it with Emma. I understand the the whole curse and fairytale land thing may be hard to believe. But just a few weeks ago she and MM were kidnapped by the "mad hatter" he disappears and as Sheriff at no point does she look into this character WTH!!!! :furious: If I was sheriff and was kidnapped I would do a back ground check on this guy and monitor his house or look into his bank accounts to find his where abouts. She is not the brightess light

Remember, the apple didn't kill, true loves kiss saved Snow White, maybe Emma's kiss will save Henry, with a different kind of love? Perhaps some magic is starting to seep in as the curse starts to dissolve?

Hmm this is true. I would be super bummed if they killed off Henry. Is this the last episode or are there two more left? If it is the last episode I wouldn't be surprised if they have him "dying" and then Emma brings him back with a kiss as PP said in the first episode of next season.

I'm pretty sure the previews said this is the last episode before the season finale, the next episode that is.

I also agree about being beyond frustrated with Emma. I'm sorry, but if all these crazy things were happening around me, and people I knew and some that I trusted said that they knew what was going on, I'd listen.

I remember seeing a flash where Emma has Regina up against a wall and other people are around and she's telling Regina they all know what she's done and who she is and she'd better fix it. Anyone else see something like that or am I losing it?

Wasn't that in the previews a few weeks ago before they went on break for a week or so? I remember it too, so it's not just you. To me, I got the idea that Emma was going to cut down Regina's apple tree. I don't know why though.

I thought she already cut it down... :confused3

Maybe Grace (Sebastian's daughter) will be his true love. So far, that's the only female classmate of his that we've been introduced to. :love2:

There are two more episodes. Next week is Apple Red as Blood with SW and the dwarfs along with Sebastian/Mad Hatter.

The following week is the finale, A Land Without Magic with Maleficent, Belle and the Huntsman.

That's what I meant; I just worded it terribly, lol. And I'd love to see the Huntsman again, so I'm looking forward to the finale.

So is anyone else a little worried about the next 2 episodes and next season? It seems to me that we've been moving along at an okay pace, a little slow. The next 2 episodes could rival Glee for curve balls and jumping storylines.

I mean what happens when Emma finally does believe? She saves everyone and then what happens next season? Or she doesn't save everyone and we get to watch her battle with herself and Prince Charming be all namby-pamby for another season?

I guess I'm worried about second season boredom. They have to come up with something fresh. It's easy to give us more princesses and fairytale stuff, but it's building to a must have conclusion this season, leaving off with a no decision cliff hanger and then picking up with the same old/same old would annoy me to no end.

I'm I making any sense?

I need to get off of here, but I keep replying, lol. Has the show been renewed for next year? I heard on another site that people were worried, because it hasn't officially been renewed yet.

I think that's the problem with this type of series though. They did so many intricate stories this year, that if they don't come up with some over the top, amazing stuff next year, it'll just phase out. Gosh, I hope not. It would be hard with this type of fairy tale show, but if it's anything like Lost, it'll have a set number of episodes and seasons in place to begin with. Let's hope so anyway.
