I know I saw some somewhere. I don't know if it was on this board or elsewhere. I'd love some simple ideas for doing pork chops in the crock pot. Thanks!!!

Stuffed Crock Pot Pork Chops
(serves 4)

Ingredients
4 double cut pork chops-with pockets
2 cup cornbread stuffing mix
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup orange juice
1 teaspoons pecans, finely chopped
salt & pepper
1/4 cup Karo syrup, light
1/2 teaspoons orange rind, grated

Directions
Combine stuffing mix, butter, salt, orange juice and pecans. Fill pockets of chops with stuffing mix. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, put on metal rack on bottom of crock pot, brush with corn syrup, sprinkle with orange rind. Cover, cook on low 6 to 8 hours. Uncover, brush with additional corn syrup and orange rind, or use sauce from bottom of pan, cover and cook on high 15 to 20 minutes.

Pork Chops Abracadabra

It doesn't get any easier than this!

4-6 pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
OR
1 bottle barbeque sauce

Brown pork chops. Drain. Place in crock pot. Pour soup OR barbeque sauce over pork chops. Cook on low 8 hours.

I usually serve this with mashed potatoes or mac and cheese. Add a side vegetable of your choice and you have an easy meal!

I put pork chops in the crock pot with barbaque sauce and cook them all day. They litterly will fall off the bone!!! We love them this way!!

This method has a middle eastern or oriental flavor depending on how heavily you use the curry.

Pork chops
Canned Peach halves and juice (slices work but fall apart a little too much for our taste)
Curry - a lot or a little depending on family taste.
Soy sauce

Sprinkly pork chops with curry, drain peach juice into a bowl and mix in soy sauce - a tablespoon or two to a can - cover pork chops with peaches and pour in sauce.

Cook

Enjoy

I got this on an earlier thread on this board. It is now our favorite recipe for crockpot pork chops.

Serving Size : 4

1 box pork stuffing -- (6 oz)
1 Granny Smith apple -- chopped and peeled
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup melted butter
1 cup chicken or veggie broth
4 boneless pork top loin chops

Mix everything but meat in large bowl. Spray inside of crock pot, layer 1/2 bowl of stuffing mix in crock pot. place pork chops, roast , spare ribs (pork of your choice - I used 4 boneless chops) on top then add other 1/2 of stuffing mix. cook on Low 6-8 hours and enjoy.

I'm with MaryJ, my alltime favorite pork chop recipe is just pork chops and mushroom soup, couldn't be easier, and always nice.
