Onboard luggage checkin for San Juan cruises?

I'm booking our airfare for our Southern Caribbean cruise, and I'm trying to decide between a few different airline offerings. We often fly Southwest to Orlando and deal with being excluded from the online luggage checkin given that Southwest doesn't participate given the rates we usually get with Southwest.

Can someone give me the skinny on onboard luggage checkin for San Juan cruises? Is it offered? If so, are certain airlines excluded from it?

I couldn't find the answer online, so thanks in advance for the help!!

Here is a link to the DCL page about Air and Ground Transportation. You have to scroll through to find your port/itineray, San Juan is about 2/3 down the page: https://disneycruise.disney.go.com/guest-services/air-ground-transportation/
It does not appear that the Onboard Airline Check-in program is offered in San Juan.
