Onboard credit from Dreams

We are cruising today. We booked through Dreams. Our onboard credit is not showing. I have emailed our travel agent. She has been slowed to respond to prior request or not responding at all. When we’ve used them before we’ve had a note in stateroom advising of credit. There is nothing today. Hopefully it will show on our account during the cruise.

When we cruised last January, our OBC from DU didn't show up immediately. I think we got a note in our room while we were at dinner the first night and our rooms were made up for the evening.

When we cruised last month, there was no note in the room but it did show up on our account a few hours after we boarded.

I’ve used DU for my last 20+ cruises, 3 different TAs and have always gotten my obc with no problem.

They normally show up on your on board account the 1st night.
