I will PM you the heroin wing and pizza casserole recipes tonight.

Take care,

YUK!!! 9.8 inches!!! We have lucked out this winter..

I drove home in iwcked freezing rain, on top of snow! It took me 45 minutes to do a drive that normally takes 15!

You are doing so great at the exercize! I am impressed! Keep it up! :cheer2:

9.8 inches of snow?!!!?? Yikes! :earseek: This has certainly been an interesting winter so far. We had snow, rain, and freezing rain yesterday.

Way to go being OP today! I'm glad to hear that your back is feeling better.

Take good care of you!

By any chance are you taking vitamin B6? I was doing some reading and I read a while ago B6 helps boost metabolism... Since I think I have a sluggish metabolism (last time I did induction it took forever to lose any weight) I started taking it over a year ago.. I wonder if it is helping as I am down 6 pounds and this is now day 8 on induction!

Please know I am not a vitamin guru or anything and you can take this with a grain of salt, but it was just part of my weight loss research and it seems to be working for me!!!

Also.. Do you take your measurements weekly? When it seemed like the scale was hardly budging for me I was measuring and I could see :earseek: the improvement! That along with the clothes fitting better was a huge boost even though the scale moved slower than a snail!!!

Wilderness - Wow, 6.5 pounds is a lot of weight in 12 days... you should be happy! Keep up the great work :D

Hi Wilderness,
Sounds like you're certainly motivated and getting back on track. I know all about overdoing it after a layoff...I haven't lifted my weights in a few months and I'm kind of nervous about it. I really hurt my upper back last time I tried. I will have to start with really wimpy light weights and work up again. It really makes a difference.
Keep up the great work. You will be back to your old fitness level within a month probably, so don't get discouraged!

Hope you had a great weekend and everything is well! :flower1:

Boy the boards are so slow or is it just my computer? I will try to get to journals but I can't promise. I have tried and then the computer gets stuck.

I have been OP all weekend. I took a day off at the gym yesterday but went today. All in all a good weekend. :cool1:

Glad you had such a good weekend, Wilderness! Good for you for staying OP!

Have a great week and a happy Monday!

Just popping in to say hi!

Great job staying OP this weekend. have a great Monday!
Beth
