WOO HOO, Wilderness!! What a wonderful reward for getting back on plan!! That 4 pound loss is just the beginning of your new year. I am proud of you for getting back on track and sticking with it. YEAH WILDERNESS!!
Ooh go and grab yourself a 5 pound clippie! Congrats! That's wonderful! And speaking of water, you've reminded me to go grab me a glass! Keep up the good work!
Happy New Year Wilderness! Great job on those 5 pounds. That's so awesome!!! Who cares if it's water or not... it's still 5 pounds!
I know what you mean about the kids going back to school. Mine have been sleeping in till after 9:00 and my oldest gets up at 6:30 and then has to be at the bus by 7:25. My youngest is like me (not a morning person) and gets up at 7:00 and will have the hardest time, especially since it's still dark.
Sorry your having problems with your relative. It's sad when adults have to use their children in a nasty fight. You just want to tell them to grow up and get a life. Hope that all works out for your friend.
Gosh, I wish I could spend hours every day reading people's journals; it is so inspiring to see that everyone is struggling with issues and yet, here we are, daily recommitting ourselves to doing what's right.
I hope someday you will be able to move the kids to a new school; maybe someplace where it's warmer? In the meantime, Napoleon knows you have an eye on him and on the administration. It's also sad to find that a relationship you had is tainted with betrayal, especially when the kids are involved. But as you said, life is too short ( brought home to us too vividly by recent events ) so you have to let go of poisonous relationships and spend more time doing positive things with positive people.
You are definitely doing the right things for you and your loved ones!
hehe My laundry does that too. We were completely caught up on it as of Sunday, then poof! By this morning it was full again! I hate it when that happens!
Have a good day today! It sounds like you're off to a good start! Have fun at the gym!
Down another pound? AWESOME!! I love it! You are back OP and working it. Good job.
Sorry about your neighbor and daughter. At least you know things haven't changed with your cousin. Just a sign that you are absolutely correct in removing that nasty element from your lift!
I will get to everyone's journals tomorrow sometime. It is late and I better go to bed so I can be refreshed for my date with the glider and treadmill!
Hi Wilderness - Don't worry about the gym. I think shopping for your OP foods is much more important as this point because if you didn't have the right food, you could exercise as much as you wanted and it wouldn't matter. Hang in there
