Can confirm that there are no towels at the pools at the cabins as well as it’s easy to call for more, or put the request in through the app or HeyDisney. If you have a dog, Mousekeeping will leave a bag of towels on your porch if you aren’t there when they arrive.

But nothing prevents a Cabin guest from calling Mousekeeping for fresh ones.

Our next trip is OKW on May 22! We are bringing friends this time for a long weekend, so looking forward to it! We haven’t stayed at OKW yet.

Staying at SSR in December. Our first official DVC stay will probably be February 2028 at AKV.

Today I am grateful to not be spending 12.5% on taxes for my DVC point stays, as opposed to a normal hotel stay. We have an upcoming stay with friends where the rack rate ("never pay rack rate") would have more than $1000 in taxes and fees. Nope!

I am aware that we are instead paying property taxes as part of our dues. I choose not to care about that right now, and that is certainly not 12.5%.

Aug: 3 nights in a 1 bedroom
Sept: 2 nights in a studio
Dec: 2 nights in a duo

We've been happy with our stays in studios this year, but pretty sure we'll be coming home with more points after August.

January: SSR/BRV/RIV for a total of 18 nights

Haven’t planned anything out past that.

Just added a December stay at AKV-Jambo for 3 nights….in a value!

We sat down last night and figured out dining somewhat for upcoming trip in June, long story short we ended up talking ourselves into the DDP, even though Oldest is 11 and we gotta pay for her as an adult, the free kids for other 2 helps do some lifting, figured it was maybe 300ish more than what we would spend normally for what we would eat, so plan to hit more character meals and expensive things than normal. I figured the last time we did the DDP in 2024 would be the last, but here we are.

Think we might try DDP this time too. It's been a while since we've done it, as we didn't find it worthwhile. But we have a split stay coming up on our April trip so may try it.

I work all spring/summer/fall, think 6 or 7 () days a week. But I am mostly off in the winter. Therefore, my next trip is in January 2027 in a 2BR at Kidani with whichever family members want to come (first 7 to rsvp get in), then I booked a couple nights in a 1BR at BCV for my husband and I so we can destress from the family
Note*if I were doing it right, I would then book a couple SOLO nights to destress from my husband

Yep, we went in and out of SNA on our DL trip a few years ago. And I love that the shuttle service took us to In-n-Out on the way to VGC.
