Interesting market niche. I made my own arrangements via a towncar service for two people. I believe it was Mears. We did not make advance reservations. I don't think it was that much more expensive than pre-arranging transportation through this service. If you want to "plan" you would get some savings as well as peace of mind that your transportation was taken care of.

Quite a few people have done that. You'll need to do a search to find more reviews. One of the unexpected perks of that package seems to be that it includes early admission. The package doesn't state that, but there seems to be a code on the tickets that you pick up at the kiosk that permits you entrance.
