On the job etiquette!

I completely forgot I applied internally for a position the beginning of April. HR just left me a voicemail to set up an interview. Since we are planning a move to Atlanta, I don't what to do. I don't want my current job to know until I have another one in place or in case something doesn't work out but I don't want to waste anyone's time either. What do I do?

Very simple - you call back HR and let them know that you are no longer interested in applying for the job. That's all you need to tell them. If for some reason they push, just give them a generic "I've thought it over and it no longer sounds like the right postion for me."
