I was just wondering how they compared to the Disney Store here? Is it more expensive? We have promised our dd a princess dress, but not sure whether to let her choose once she gets there or buy it beforehand - what would you recommend??

The princess dresses in DLRP are from 45 euros to 79 euros for a really special one. They are very good quality, but so they should be for that amount of money.

You would definitely find princess dress cheaper at home but DLP has many designs that can only be bought at the park :)

Thanks for that, think that we will be keeping our eyes open here before we go! Off to the Disney Store next week then :)

I'm sure she will be able to smile sweetly and get another one off of Daddy once we get there lol!

They are much nicer dresses at DLRP but as Cathy said a lot more expensive than here. If you don't want to spend too much, perhaps buy her one from Disney Store/M&S/Woolworths/Asda before you go ~ there's always lots of hardly-worn ones for sale on ebay too.

She has a Belle and Snow White dress already but because she is tall, we bought the next size up which are too long for wearing outside lol! Am not good enough with a needle to take them up at all! I think I'll keep a look out for a cinderella or sleeping beauty dress here in the shorter length so that it doesn't get totally trashed in the park and if she is good, she can choose one while we're over there.
