? on My Points - Webbies

Ok - So, I have been anxiously waiting for my web certificates. I cashed in $200 worth on 9/22. I knew they were taking 6 weeks (which was yesterday) and still have not seen anything. I went into my "My Points" account and see it shows that these were fulfilled on 11/1. Well, of course that was the day that my e-mail was down and everything that would have been sent to me is lost somewhere in the black hole. Does anyone know if there is a way for member services to e-mail these again to me. I did send them an e-mail but have not heard back yet. I sure hope so - I don't want to lose $200 because of my stupid e-mail.....

My account also shows that the HHonors points that I ordered from MyPoints was "fulfilled" on 11/1. Those points aren't in my HHonors account yet. I think that there is a difference in MyPoints-speak between "fulfilled" and "shipped". Hopefully, we'll both see our rewards soon.

I don't know about the HHonor pts...but, I had redeemed $75 worth of Webbies on 9/20 and another $25 worth on 9/26.

My account is showing all of them as being fulfilled on 11/01. I actually received the Webbies in my e-mail on 10/31.

My Points has a toll free number....(888) 262-4528. I think they usually don't get to the office until 9am Pacific....which is 11am Central time.

Ask for Member Services. I called at about 2pm Central last week....got right through and spoke with a customer service agent who was able to bring up my account by my e-mail address and answer questions for me.

Their fax number is (415) 615-1122 ... in case you have problems and you want to try to fax them a letter explaining your situation.
