Anyone know if there are discounts for either DVC members, or if they offer FL resident rates for the 10 night Mediterranean cruise? Also-air is not included-correct? But meals, etc. are, just like the other cruises? I have only done the 3 night, but the Med. looks so nice. I just dont know if I can afford it. Any info would be helpful.
Thanks!

I haven't heard of any discounts, but I may be wrong. Air is not included, but meals on board the ship are. Some excursions include lunch, some include refreshments, and some include snacks. Hope this helps! You may want to check out the prices on the 11 night cruises as well. For example the 11 night July 7 cruise is cheaper than the 10 night. I think the 10 nights are selling out faster, thus driving the price up higher!

Good luck!

Out of curiosity, I was looking at availibility on the 10 day cruises.... The one I am on (6/6) seems to be the least booked, or at least have the largest range of cabins available. I know that the price of a cat 12 gty has increased 100$ for my trip since i booked about 6 weeks ago. I also know that for a cat 11 (the only cat i think still available on all date) there is about a 1000-1500$ price discrepency.

oh and if you want to get an idea of excursions: there are 118, the avg adult price (not including excursions over 300$) is about $121.00. There are 48 that have lunch included and there are 48 (not the same set) that have limited places.

oh and the most expensive one was originally priced at 1500.00 but now has been re-priced as TBA.

DVC does not do discounts, but you can use points to pay for any combination of your guests going on the cruise.

so-If I paid for 3 out of 4 of us, I could use points for the other person?
Could I use points for the 2 adults and pay the 2 kids rates? Their rates are at least $1000 less than the adults.

yes, it's great - you can use a combination of points/cash. Each person paying cash must pay in full at time of booking and also pay the $75 exchange/transaction fee.

We are using points for one cabin w/three people and cash for us/parents (one through MS and one through DCL).

Depending on how many points you have available - you can choose to pay one or two adults points and the rest cash or one adult cash, one adult points and two kids again - points or cash for one or both. As long as you are booking one person with points, you will do this through MS.

Good luck and give them a call.

Yes, you can use points for 1, 2, 3, or all 4 of you depending on what you have available.

I can't figure out why this cruise isn't completely sold out... It is the one with the coolest weather (it just gets hotter as the summer continues) and locals start taking their vacations in July and August; which is why it would make the June 6th cruise the best choice because European tourist spots will be less busy:confused3

See ya on the 6th!!!!

Many USA schools are still open. We get out June 20th.

In Scottish School term end by 29 June and always school holiday start first week in July - August. That why we cannot go to Cruise on June!
