Wasn't it less than a year ago they had that Haunted Mansion special event where the server crashed the first day because so many people were trying to get tickets? And they had all kinds of issues where each person had to get their own ticket (couldn't do it as a couple), so one person of the couple was able to get a ticket, but the second person wasn't able to?

And that wasn't the first time a special event caused a server crash -- I can only imagine what will happen with thousands of people trying to get online at the same time to make ADRs. Not to mention all the initial problems people had with online checkin when it was first rolled out.

Since my 90 day window doesn't start until July, I have hopes that they'll work out the bugs before then.
 
Maybe May 11th is the date they're rolling out online ADR's, but they've apparently already cut back on the phone staff. We've been trying to call for three days to possibly add one onsite meal, but the shortest wait time we've been able to get was 11 minutes.

We're not going to sit on hold for 11 minutes (or 14, or 23, etc) for the possibility of eating mediocre food, so we're skipping it this trip. We have one character meal booked and that will be plenty.

I guess they're making lots of money with DDP, but everything else about onsite dining has certainly gone downhill in the last 3-4 years.

On the bright side, we've discovered some very good restaurants offsite who answer their phones.
