On-line checkin without ticket?

7 days to go and still no ticket from VH. DH has spoken to VH today and they said they'd send them out express delivery. (I'm not that confident!)

If the worst happens and we have to collect them at the airport will I still be able to do on-line check-in or is there some reference on the ticket that I'll need?

Have you logged onto the VA website with your VH reference? If so that is all you need, if not call VH and ask for the VA locator code so that you can do online check in.

if i remember right no ref to tickets on the online check in, as long as you have the ref number you should be fine

That's good to know - we got the reference no. when we requested our seats so we should be OK.
