Someone needs to start a chat forum specifically for people who are currently on hold with Disney. I have more than an hour ahead of me and it would be a lot more fun if I had people to commiserate with!

I got lucky this morning. I called at 7:00 a.m. and got right through. However my wife called last Saturday and was on hold for two and a half hours before she gave up. Then she called Sunday a little bit after 7:00 was on hold for an hour and a half but she did get through.

I’m calling because one of my four tickets and three days of park passes for that ticket has disappeared from my account...totally freaking out.

Yes, gone from both. The ticket missing belongs to an account that was linked after the fact, so I’m hoping it’s all easily recoverable...if I ever get through!
