On hold with MS.........

Said the wait time was upwards of 15 minutes.... never had to wait this long before, but then again I dont think I have ever called on a Monday..... Is it always like this???? I am trying to think, what is 7/11 months out, to make MS so busy, and cant think of any...... must be a Monday thing.... people dream of their trips over the weekend then call MS on Monday! LOL

No biggy, speaker phones are great from being on hold, plus I have the DIS to read....... and shuffling thru my info for all the rooms I am booking, helps pass the time.....

I sure hope I get a knowlegdable CM.......

Nope..... But It took well over an hour to complete the reservations......... I also had a wonderful MS CM Michelle! WHEW!

Mondays are always bad because people are calling for 3 different checkout days (dates that fall on Saturday, Sunday or Monday).

President's Day is February 16 in 2004. So, the Saturday before P. Day would be February 14. Plus, February 14 is Valentine's Day and we know that DVC is one of the more romantic places to spend that day, don't we. So, no wonder the wait was long. LOL!

I called today too to make a ressie for Feb 12th and got CM Michelle...........she was so professional........ the best CM I've ever gotten when calling MS.

Yup....... 5- 2 bedrooms, 1 -1 bedroom, and 5 studios with 4 contracts, 2 UYs and 3 home resorts! Banked points, current points and borrowed points....... It was very complex and I am soooooooooo soooooooooo thankful Michelle was the only one on the phone yesterday! LOL I know there may be some canclations, but Michelle went over everything and helped me decide which points to use for which reservation.... to decrease the damage of cancelations.

I am sooooo siked....... Now I cant wait until 120 days out when I get to book the first of our group's events!
