On Hold...Question

Went through all the questions, said wait less than 15. Should there be music or sound? It starts and then stops after 5 seconds each time I call.

Not sure.
I legit hang up if it says more than 5 minutes and then redial and seem to get someone faster.

Did it again, said 11 mins this time. Same thing happened with the sound.
