Sorry Lisa I can't help you (sure someone can tho!) as I'm in England so can't get AAA anyway

However, wanted to empathise with you, I'm still on hold too - 22 mins and counting. Can't believe some ppl got through straight away - I called at 7am FL time too.

Ah well, I'll sit here and wait as long as it takes
