First I overslept, then I realized it was already 6:00 (Indianapolis time) before I called. Oh no!! The dining number was DISCONNECTED?????? Scrambled frantically to locate the CRO number, found it at 6:10. Had to dial six times before I got through; then was on hold for ONE HOUR!!!!! I was almost in tears, convinced that we not only missed Cindy's but every other PS we needed. Finally had the NICEST CM come on the line (I told her she sounded remarkably sane for how busy they must be). Got Cindy's for 8:05 on November 2!!!!!! Also got Crystal Palace breakfast for 8:05 on October 28, and the times we wanted for Liberty Tree Tavern dinner and Hollywood Brown Derby lunch. So the new policy worked extremely well for me in spite of all the early problems.
