I was on hold for a total of 45 min just got through. Res filled up. How much was that phone call going to cost me? Because of time frame needed today for Oct 11. Maybe friend of mine willing to help got through.

I booked through CAA. My agent was on hold about three minutes, then within 10 minutes we had 5 dinner PS for Aug 29-Sept 2 Do they have more pull or a different number?

Thanks natester when I asked about a 800# she said they didn't have one. Oh well. Thanks I will try for the princess at Epcot tomorrow a.m.

I just called and got through almost immediately...although strange thing was I pushed 3 for disney dining and when I got the person and said I wanted a PS she said she would have to transfer me to dining....did they change the numbers again, or was it just one of those weird things that doesn't make sense??

Another 800 number is 1-800-828-0228 I think it's only for within the US though.

If you are needing that hard to get ressie like CRT I wouldn't advise using the 800# .. the one time I tried to use it (while dialing the long distance ## on my second phone) I wasted time having to enter my ressie ## and other such information on the 800# only to have my other line answer first. Can't afford to loose precious time. I did my 90 ADR last week .. starting dialing and redialing at 6:55 a.m. and never held more than 10 minutes.

I didn't have to put in that info. this week when I called the 800# for my ARs. And I read a post a few days ago from someone who called both the numbers and the 800 got through first. I think it's luck.
