Thank you. We're one of the BWV buyers of the points that were freed up when they moved the office. I know there's at least one person who keeps asking why they were allowed to sell points when there weren't rooms yet, finally, there will be rooms!!

Are those rooms under the Crest O The Wave going to be member uniots, or are they going to be retail/restaurant space?? Just thinking about that location, bewteen the brew pub and Jellyrolls, makes me think I wouldn't want my room basically sitting right on the boardwalk there. They would be the only boardwalk level rooms in the whole complex, right? As far as I can remember, there is no other area on the boardwalk where the rooms sit directly on it.

it is the Swan and not the dolphin being painted. We also bought 100pts when the moved the DVC from BWV

yes, but I think there will be no access to the BW from the patio. the low picket fence stays I believe and goes all the way across. I would love one of these rooms. I believe they are the only ones on the BW level

I can't make the pictures larger, but it looks as if there's scaffolding around a Swan, but maybe it's always like that and I never noticed. The pictures are great, thanks.

I LOVED getting to see the pictures. I haven't been to WDW in 2-and-a-half years. I've been pregnant twice in that time. Of course, the pictures made me anxious to go and we're not going for another 6+ months.

The Boardwalk is special to us. We were married at Sea Breeze Point. We've waitlisted for either BC or BWV for 11/27-12/02 but we're not sure if we'll get a room there or not. Either way, we're excited to go and these pictures just add to the excitement.
