This will be the first year my son is 10, and an adult on the dining plan. I sure wish they'd come up with a junior plan because it's ridiculous. Aside from being 10 and a picky eater, my son has autism and has very limited food choices.
I was looking over menus of places we have ADRs at and there are a few where there is absolutely nothing he'll eat off the regular menu, but stuff he will eat off the kids menu.
Can we order our two adult meals for hubby and I on the meal plan, then order the 10 year old a kids meal and ask to pay rather than use a meal credit? Is that allowed? I'm not trying to cheat them out of anything, or get extra meals out of it. I just can't see paying $78 a day for him when he's going to eat $10 kids meals 3 times a day. Hubby and I more than make up for our share of the cost so we still plan on using the meal plan.
