If you have a 5-day park hopper, can you go to the meet-n-greet multiple days? like to on a tuesday...then again on thursday? if so, would you get the free 5x7 each day? or are you allowed to go only once during the entire visit?:confused3

You can go every day and get a free 5x7 each day. We went 3 times and got 3 free pictures. Also, they let us pick any PhotoPass picture and did not limit us to the ones we took at the Meet and Greet.

This is really awesome! I would totally encourage everyone that if you have a Disney Visa you take advantage of this perk!

I don't need another credit card (especially one with a high rate) but what exactly is the benefits of a Disney Visa and what do I need to do to get one, if I choose to get one?

I am kind of curious, as I have read a bit in the past about meet & greets & stuff like that, which are magically attached to the credit card.

Thanks!!

Oh, they let you pick any photopass picture? I didn't know they would do that! I'm assuming you still go to the meet and greet and then while there you get to see all the pics and then you pick one for them to print? Is that how it works? :confused3 We just got the Disney Visa, mainly so we can get the free stroller rental but we want to get some free pictures too!

Also, where exactly is the Meet and Greet and is it only during certain hours? How long is the line?

Not only can you go multiple days, but each Visa card holder can get a 5X7 so if you have three seperate Visa accounts in your group, you can get three 5X7's a day times however many days you go. My mom, sis, and I all have a card and we were there for three days so we ended up with 9 pics.

When we went in July it was at the Hollywood Backlot next to the Monsters, Inc. ride. There was no line, we just walked in. In fact, we could have spent close to half an hour there if my DD hadn't been so shy and we weren't ready to move on. No one else was there. I think it was from the opening of DCA until 11 but I am not certain.

so my sister and brother-in-law have cards...but with the same account number. can we get in with them? my sister's family is her, her DH, her DD, and DS...for me, it's me, DH, DD2, DD8months. just wondering if they could bring us in one day during our trip....

Please note that the official policy is that the free photos are from the meet and greet location. However, many cast members do not enforce that policy. While I've been able to get whatever picture I want to every time, I have read many instances where the guest was limited to the meet and greet location.

Thanks for the heads up on that. I wondered if it was just a case of the CM being nice. Still good to know though.

This past time we were there the CM wouldn't let us get any picture we wanted. We had to pick one from the meet n greet. Upsetting because the meet n greet ones didn't turn out that great and some of our other ones did.

It was Chip and Dale last time. Does anyone know if any other characters are there? I would love for Goofy to be there. I know you generally don't get Mickey or Minnie or princesses but Goofy would be cool or Pluto.

We were just there as well (last week) and had pluto for our pictures.. chip and dale were just leaving when we arrived. It worked out great for us, since chip made my little guy cry at Goofy's kitchen.. silly kids :)

Pluto and Chip 'n Dale are by far the most common, but we have had Goofy and Mickey in the past (including one fun time back when the greet was still at Ariel's) that both were there together.

It seems to me that Chip 'n Dale do the first half of the session and Pluto does the second half. On our last visit we were there right at the shift change (just after the 11:30 showing of Playhouse Disney Live) and we got Chip 'n Dale time, then all three characters together, and then just Pluto time. It was awesome to get so much alone time with the characters!!!

I have seen Chip and Dale there twice and Goofy once. As far as the free photo goes, I think it all really depends on the CM. There is a apply for a Disney Visa and receive any free photo offer as well and I think it may create some of the confusion.

Here's what I would do. Tell the CM knows you're using the free coupon. If they tell you that the photo has be to from the meet and greet and you don't like the meet and greet photos, you could always politely decline and come back later and see if your luck changes with a different CM. (Make sure you return when another CM is working the desk and try not to avoid doing it late at night since the crowds pick up then.)

i really wish they would offer these visas in canada!!!! i would get in and use it all the time!!!!!!!!!!

Could someone please direct me to where I can find the info on the meet and greet information....where on a link can I find the specific locations and dates?

Thanks :goodvibes

i don't have a specific link, but from what i've read, the meet-n-greets are in DCA. i think right now they are at 10:30am...not exactly sure where in DCA though. guest relations should be able to answer this...714-781-7290 :thumbsup2

When we were there in August we were restricted to just the meet n greet photo. I'll bet it really does depend on who you get at the photo counter. If you are going to be there more than one day ask the cast mate in charge when a different character will be there. On our second day they asked if we would be back again and we said yes and she told us the time frame Pluto was going to be there and it was only for half an hour.
