On dining plan-TS that is worth to use the DP

Neat list - I would guess this is based on prices for dinner. I've generally found that dinner prices are higher than lunch prices, except for a few places where lunches are pretty expensive (for example, lunch at Tutto Italia can cost more than dinner at Rose & Crown, depending on what you order).

I believe so. On one of the tabs on the bottom you I think can see specifically what meals went into each figure.
