We're going in December, so I want to plan for what to do on particularly cold days. Which attractions/parks would you avoid? Which attractions/parks would you prefer?
The only attractions I'd avoid on cold days are the ones where I might get wet - Dudley Do-Right, Popeye, Jurrasic Park. Other than that, I'd do all the others. If it were my one and only visit I'd do the water rides either first or last and then have a change of dry clothes with me.
Plus a trip to the people dryer would probably be in order. During chilly months, the lines for the dryer are 20 mins, while the rides they are for (Popeye & Ripsaw) will have 5 min waits the entire day!The only attractions I'd avoid on cold days are the ones where I might get wet - Dudley Do-Right, Popeye, Jurrasic Park. The indoor attractions are always nice for a good warmup. The Horror Make-Up Show is a nice and warm place with a good show too.
There are two. The one by Ripsaw Falls is next to the photo booth. It's a big orange thing.Seriously? A people Dryer? Where is that?
Universal Studios has more indoor attractions than IOA. At IOA, the only indoor attractions are: Spider-Man, Cat in the Hat, Forbidden Journey, the Discovery Center, Poseidon's Fury.At this point, I don't even know which attractions are indoors or out. Are there more indoor attractions at Universal Studios than IOA or Disney parks?

The one by Popeye & Bluto's is near the restrooms and lockers. They both look like this:

It's kind of fun to be that wet when it's blazing hot outside. Of course, you have to have the right clothes on to get the full advantage.I have NEVER been so soaked as I was on the Popeye rapids ride. I couldn't have been wetter if I'd jumped into a pool. I had to buy more pants or we would have left the park for the day.
There are people dryers at the exit, but we didn't see them at that time. Not sure why anyone would enjoy being that wet. We were there last week in November, and it got chilly at night. I will never ride that ride again.
