If you want to make sure that you stay dry, stay off Jurassic, Ripsaw, & Popeye for sure. One Fish Two Fish can possibly get you quite wet, depending. There is a splash zone for Sindbad, so watch for that if you go.
I am very little at 4'10". We sat in the middle on Jurassic, behind people. My kids, taller than me sat next to me. Next to me, didn't get wet at all. I got soaked & on the other side of kid next to me, got a bit wet. I actually saw the water coming at me, but there was no way to dodge it.
Got even more wet on Ripsaw. Popeye is drenching, put your shoes & socks in the bin.
Funny, my feet didn't get it on Jurassic or Ripsaw (probably because I had my head & body down.
On Jaws, didn't get wet at all. Don't know if we were just lucky or if the water doesn't really cover the area that much.
I have heard that the people dryers don't work all that well, however they may warm you up for the moment. Nope, they don't have them at Disney, at least not unless they got one in the last year.
I recommend putting a beach bag with change of clothes (including socks), plastic bag for wet things, and a towel in a locker at Port of Entry. It's like $8 & you can keep using it all day as much as you want. Go do WWOHP, then make your way to the water rides. After you finish the 3 water rides, go to the locker, change clothes, put your wet clothes back in the locker & go on with your day. Then you can pick up your stuff on the way out. It works great. Either this or do all 3 water rides last just before you are leaving the park, however, it could be really really cold walking that far soaking wet.
I've ridden Jaws dozens of times and the only time I ever got wet was on my right leg when I sat in the last row in the far right.
