omni freeze shirts

DH has a an omni-freeze shirt and now swears by them, but the price tag has me .

I'm going to borrow his and try it on my run tomorrow morning, but would love anyone else's experience I've loathed all the other sweat wicking shirts I've tried, but I put on his "freezer" shirt the other day and it was actually comfortable, so I'm trying to keep an open mind.

OP - how was it? I have a cooling towel ( enduracool by Mission) and DH thinks it's a bunch of hooey. I like it - it's thin, just the right size, and I swear it is cooler than a normal terry cloth towel. DH thinks it's all in my head (and out of my wallet!)

wondering how a cooling tank would be...
