I was wondering the same thing. They say it is really cold so maybe that was part of the problem??

Scary situation. My parents just called me from New York - I live in Maryland. They had to fill me in because I don't have the tv on in the morning. I've been watching this unfold and it's crazy to think that this is from a watermain break. I hope everyone is ok.
