OMG- Zhu Zhu Pets are they the new Cabbage Patch Kids????

Just a suggestion........

I went out and bought 4 zhu zhu pets and several different accessories thinking my DD would love them. She saw a video for them and thinks they are creepy I suggest somehow showing the video or commercial to your child if they haven't seen it BEFORE you buy them
Hopefully Fred Meyers has a good return policy.

The "old" ones are the four that are out now: brown, yellow, white , and gray.

Cepia has just started releasing the "new" ones: the pink Jilly, black and white one, orange one, and dark brown one.

I'm desperately looking for two of the new pink ones if anyone finds them!

Kind of like a wishlist....

If people have extra's of something they can post and others can post what they need....

We could also give informal feedback on the transaction for re-assurance.

A lady I know works at Target. She said her store stopped last week's shipment and all the rest for 2009. They will not be carrying anything Zhu Zhu related because of the "incidents" and excessive lines. Apparently the money they are making off them is not worth the hassle. Now, is this is ALL Targets, she didn't know, but the store on Chili Ave in Rochester, NY is the one she works at.

DD7 will be getting the one white pet and the car that I found. I have spent enough on Christmas, if she wants more her birthday is in January.

Yes, I think we're going to have an abundance after Xmas. My kids want them but I told my husband this week that I'm planning on buying one for each of my kids as well as each of my nieces and nephew for Easter. I'll buy after Xmas though so I will be able to search out each of the different hamsters. I have 7 different ones to buy!

I asked the Toy Department at my Target and they said they will not be getting in any more Zhu Zhu Pets until the 3rd week of December.

Hi there,

I gave my daughter a hamster for her birthday. I was able to get a hold of the ball/surf board and the funhouse to give her for Christmas.

Do I need more pieces to get the funhouse to work or is that enough? I would hate to give those two items to her only to find they won't work without certain parts. I don't want to buy all the parts if I don't have to. Just some basics.
