OMG What a Nightmare..........

I have my MNSSHP tickets which arrived about 3 weeks ago, I have this evening tried to book a PS for LTT for 31 October. When I first booked the tickets I asked for a PS and was told I could not book until 1 Sept (60 days b4) I have tried 3 different telephone numbers tonite the first 2 of which again I was told I could not book until lo and behold 1 Sept. I have been tearing my hair out as I know I have read some threads on this site of people who have managed to book. Anyhow on my third attempt tonite with yet another number I finally managed to speak to an angel. Her words were 'of course you can book a PS maam' - there is a God after all. We wanted a PS for about 4.30-5pm - NO CHANCE but they had a table for us at 7.15pm - I snapped her hand off. She said we were lucky to get that as they are just about all booked up. God I feel so much better now. I didn't want to be disappointed as it is my Birthday on Halloween.

Has anyone else had any problems trying to book. Do you think by eating at 7.15pm we will miss much of the fun. Is anyone else eating a bit later?

The first no I called was 407-939-3463 (god knows where I got this no from) the lady said she couldn't book the PS & told me to call 407-566-4985 apparently this is the dining ressie no. That's when I tried 407 934 7639.

So sorrrrrrrrrrrrryyyyyyyyyyy to wafffffflllllllleeeeeeeeee - oops

Oh my word....you know, this is my one <b>major</b> gripe with Disney...talk to a CM they say one thing, talk to another and they say something different, talk to a third and you'll get something else. So annoying when you KNOW that something can be done, but they don't!

Ummmm.... the 939 3463 is the number I gave you yesterday...it IS definately the WDW-DINE number, I don't know why they couldn't book the PS, unless they can't see the special 'terms' of MNSSHP - most people have been booking the PS at the same time they bought the ticket, so wouldn't have been talking to WDW DINE, but I know not everyone has done it that way, and I've not seen anyone say before that they had trouble - weird! God only knows what the other numbers you have are, but who cares, you got your PS and that's what counts I suppose!

Your PS is still pretty early in the evening, so you'll have time to eat and still catch the fireworks and the 2nd parade, which are the main things of the event. All the other little special shows are repeated periodically thru the evening too - so you won't actually miss out on anything - enjoy
