I would call. I have heard that the pins are not transferable, but when my son got on in my mailbox, I called. The CM checked and said I had the same pin. I did nto use it, but it sure dd get me thinking. What was your pin?

If it is your dad's email and his home address (assuming it is different than your current address), then no, you should not be able to use it unless he goes on the trip with you. No harm in asking, though. Your thread title is inaccurate. It should say "my dad got a PIN".

my daughter went with them last year and used their address so maybe... its worth a shot

I don't think her name is on the PIN, just that her maiden name would match her father's last name.

Last year, when my MIL got one, but we didn't, we both made reservations using it. We planned to all go. Then, when MIL got very sick and was in the hospital for 7 months, she couldn't go. I freaked, and thought we'd lose the FD. But, we didn't.

So, maybe it's possible that you could both "use" it and have him cancel his when you get closer. Your Reservation should be different anyway, so it shouldn't effect you.

I got a pin code to my email with my home address and my friends name. I called and the CM made the ressie in my name and email and home addresses and manually added the pin code and it worked! We go in October .

Figured I would chime in here. We got the free dining pin back in the first round around May 10th maybe? We were at Disney at the time. Then today, I received a second free dining pin to the same email and with the same name attached (my father's name but my email).

11/30–12/4/13 and 12/15–12/22/13.

Book by 8/14/13.

You MUST arrive during those times. You can stay up to 14 days after AFAIK.
