Can Disney REALLY ban people for life?

OK, you can't just leave us like that! Who is the personality and why did they get banned for life????
curious minds want to know, lol

A popular vlogger who recently passed away. You can google it. He also talks about it (his ban from Universal) on his YouTube channel. He was banned from Disney, too but it was lifted, he speaks about both. It was an unnecessary comment another poster, in poor taste.

Unless an HR person reaches out to me, I'm not going anywhere with anyone

No talking ill of this person but I'd use it as a warning. Unless the official channels invite you, its trespassing

I don't disagree that you should have permission from management, not just a front line employee. But the point was they allowed the ban to hold as to protect the job of another person.

Its hard for me because I am just a rules follower

I can't speak for the person but I never understood why you'd go with a CM/TM to a back area. I will not speak ill of the person

But Like I said, use it as a reminder to just not go backstage without a very, very official invitation

It was a good decision by that person to take the heat, but also the event should have never happened in the first place.
