I had an issue when we booked our fp+'s the other night. There are 3 of us with AP's and we have resort reservations. 2 people had no problems booking 8 days of fp+. However, I could not book anything beyond 30 days if I tried to book a fp+ for myself only. If I added one of the other 2, the window opened for 60 days as it should. Of course because it was doing that, it would not let anyone book fp+ for me for the 8th day. For some reason, it is not linking the reservations to my AP.
Bottom line- I called tech support and they had to manually add me to the existing fp+ reservations the other 2 had. It only took a few minutes. In the meantime, they've escalated the issue as they could find no reason that it's doing what it's doing. The fact that it opens the window to 60 days IF I book my fp+ along with someone else and won't if I book alone, yet won't let anyone book the 8th day seems to be a new glitch this person had not seen. It's no big deal for me, they took care of what we needed done and the fact that I can't book on my own really doesn't cause us a problem.
When you have a resort stay, it doesn't matter that it's an AP. You should be able to book your length of stay and that includes check out day. Why would it matter what the op had done before the window for her reservation opened is the question I have.
Are you saying that if I booked a couple of days of fp+'s before my reservation started, then I would not be able to book my length of stay? Weird, if that's how it works.
