I just decided to check and see if the flights went down any...wasn't expected much since we saved $192.00 last week

When I checked I realized that flights were $360.00 less today! OMG! So we have $552.00 in reductions from when we booked in August!

Flights from Norfolk to Orlando were 45.58 each way for 6 people - plus fees

Now to call SWA and try to get the money refunded to my CC...

Great rate.

I could be wrong, but I don't think they don't normally refund it. They give you a voucher/number which you can apply to future travel for a year from the day you originally made the reservation.

Please post if they do refund it. I'd be interested.

They refunded the entire difference - no questions asked

I called 1-214-792-4223 - all she asked for was the confirmation number and assured that I did change any of the original flight details


Woohhoooo - 7-10 days and I will have almost 50% of the original flight purchase refunded back to me!

I just got one today as well we already had a $59 Ding and the one today was $40 + fees .It was only for the down trip but right now I'm sitting at $122 RT and you can't beat that.

I didn't even try yet as I have a trip planned for June as well as tring to get in a spring trip. So I have plenty of ley way and it's already paid for .

I did mess up once on Booking once and was told sorry Nothing can be done.
I then called the 1-214-792-4223 number and they checked a few things and gave me the credit in 2 days.

Evidently it does happen. I called today about getting $152 go back to card and it will happen in 7 - 10 days. She did say that nothing can change from one flight to another.
