OMDD Pre-trip Planning Thread

I got a letter from Disney today but it was a cool keepsake artwork card with the Fab 5 on it thanking us for our recent trip. We've never gotten one before! I love Disney!

I was told I would get mine either today or tomorrow, and seeing as it didn't come today I'm guessing tomorrow lol. I'm pretty excited to finally get it back

Ha! We always do the mad dash for Toy Story mania fast passes, too. Otherwise, there's no chance to get them!

I hate making that mad dash! I wish you didn't have to do it.

BTW- I never heard back Maybe he can't until they receive my paperwork if that's true that Ventura hadn't sent in the winners from back to Feb 5. I'll just sit and wait. At least I did my ressies for dining.

My husband has a bad knee, so when we get to DHS, I do the mad dash to Toy Story while he goes to Starring Rolls and gets us a breakfast cupcake. It's probably my favorite Disney tradition that we have.

They have the best cupcakes there. I love the Butterfinger cupcake! Is it really a breakfast cupcake or are you just eating a regular cupcake for breakfast? Maybe I'll do that next time. Sounds much better than rushing with the herd down to Toy Story.

I have heard the Red Velvet one is amazing! I have heard people mention the carrot cake cookie sandwich from there too. I think I am going to give that a try this year.

Sue you should try the Disney Food blog website. I saw something about Disneyland Mardi Gras cupcakes the other day. Allears also has all the Disneyland menus on their website. It lists all the snack carts and shops too.

I've subscribed to the Disney Food blog for a while and always look at Allears for their menus. I'm so glad they have everything on there. I don't have time right now to plan the trip and spend the hours I want to deciding what to eat and where. LOL! I thought one of you might know off the top of your heads. The next time I procrastinate from my class I'll look for yummy cupcakes.

Talked to Michael a little bit ago and he said they haven't gotten any of the February winner's info yet. I can't believe Ventura is a month behind for the Feb. winners. Of course the Disney guys seem to be crazy overwhelmed so maybe they've begged Ventura to hold off for a bit!
