Oldest age to still enjoy WDW?

DH just turned 60 (and I'm not far behind). He says we'll have to go every year now because who knows how much longer we'll be ABLE to enjoy a WDW vacation. How old is the oldest person you know who goes to WDW without other family members caring for them? I can picture my DGDs pushing my wheel chair some day, but in the meantime, I'm wondering how many more years DH and I will be able to enjoy the parks alone!
BTW, we're celebrating our 30th anniversary in MK this year with a PS at CRT.

My parents are 70 and 67 and live near WDW. They have FL resident APs and go regularly. So I'd say you've still got at least a good 10 years left!

My DH and I have said we'll use scooters, wheelchairs, whatever it takes to enjoy our favorite place as long as we can.

We own at DVC until 2042, when I'll be 86 - if I'm still around and kicking I'll be at WDW!

Just thought of something else - on our last trip, we met a cast member who was in her 80's, working at Downtown Disney. She is a retired lawyer, having a great time working full time for Disney. That's a good retired life to me!

I'm 70 and my DH is 79 and we still go. I hope there is never an age limit.

My grandmother is 93 and every time she comes down, we take her to WDW. She especially loves Animal Kingdom and MGM.

You are NEVER too old to enjoy WDW!!!!!

My folks—73 & 74—NEVER had any use for Disney and the parks. Within the last few years, however, they have become a bit consumed like many others. AP holders, Dining Club members, etc. If we don’t make it over after a month or so, my father starts asking “Isn’t it about time to go over to the parks?” or “When are we doing another Disney Cruise.”

Go figure.

My friend is in his 90's.
He once told me if he dies of a heart attack on a ride @ WDW.
He went happy.
He don't want to waste away in retirement home.
This man can pass for 60 & on the go.
I hope to be just like him someday.

My Dad and Mother enjoyed WDW well in to their 80's. Dad was still riding Space Mountain. My dear Aunt Betty experienced TOT for the first time at 84! Coming from stock like this I'm aiming for MANY fun times at the World! (Just try to keep me off of TOT!)

How can anyone answer that for anyone else? Who really knows? You could enjoy it for the next 20 years, or you could develop some debilitating illness and find that at 70 it's just not your cup of tea. Who the heck knows or can guess how long YOU or YOUR HUSBAND will enjoy that. You can only answer that question for yourself, really. No one knows, you could even be gone in 5 years. What kind of answer do you want?

My grandad was 82 when he first visited the World in October with his 81 yo girlfriend - they had a BLAST!!!!!! Stayed at Port Orleans, rode few rides, but enjoyed seeing the gorgeous plantings, themeing, resorts, restaurants, kids and families, food and wine festival, and fireworks. They rented 1 wheelchair to share between the two of them for when they got tired, my mom lives/works there so she went along most days with them.

Disney is ageless =)

I took my Mom for her 64th birthday last year! Had her hair cut at MK and she got pixie dusted! She wants to go again for her 65th!
