1. Is there no longer a way to call and get information about old tickets?
2. Also, assuming one of the tickets I have was never used, it is on an old KTTW room card.
If it is an expires 14 days after first use style ticket, is there any chance of converting it into a no expire (since that was an option when I bought it).
