Yeppers. They are good unless Disney goes bottoms up. My problem is knowing which of the seven tickets I have have how many days and/or how many options left on each particular ticket. Note to self- if I ever purchase unexpiring hoppers again I will keep track and write down what's left on each one!
You can call but they will tell you that the tickets must be scanned in order to know what's left on them and/or how much their value is. They will not tell you anything more on the phone.
That's correct. They evidently stopped doing this over the telephone because many people were using it as a means of facilitating the illegal resale of tickets. One in a long line of services that Disney had to curtail due to abuse.
If you stay at a Disney resort, the concierge desk can help you. Otherwise you need to go to Guest Services at one of the theme parks. Each one has an office outside the turnstiles so you can check before going in.
Thanks everyone. I actually called before I got all the repsonses and you were right they told me they must be scanned. Can they do this at OKW or do they have to do it at the park entrance?
