Have 2 tickets with some days left on them; just don't what is on what. Is there a phone number to call to check on this before we go?

You can also link them your your My Disney Experience acct to see. However, only link them to the acct of the person using them. I think once they are linked to an acct you can't link them to another. So, you wouldn't want to link multiple ones to your acct if one or more of them would be used by someone else.

If they are pre-MYW tickets, this won't work.

There is an option on My Disney E to "re-assign ticket" though. This is obviously for tickets not yet used. For example, my son has a 5 day pass and a AP voucher on his MDE account, and it says I can "re-sign" that unused AP voucher.

mail a copy of the front and back along with a copy of your driver's license to ticket.usage@disneyworld.com.

They will tell you how many days.

I wish I had known that. We are leaving in 2 days. I am just doing to Downtown Disney to have them check at Guest Relations. We will be there on Saturday for the car show there. I am positive I have 1 day on each ticket left. Hope it comes up that way on the computer. I would like to know for sure the day is available.

Where can u find this info on mde? I am awaiting an answer from my email but it would be much faster if I can find it online.

I've been all over MDE and for the life of me can't find how to see the remaining amount left on my tickets. I have tickets still linked to an old band from March. I know for certain they have multiple water park days remaining but when I click on the ticket beneath the band, it only states that it's a valid admission ticket.
I think it may have 1 day remaining for a major park entry but I'd like to find out for sure before I buy 3 1-day passes. Dh wasn't with us when we went in March so his ticket isn't linked to his mb but it's his ticket that most likely would have 1 remaining park day.

:confused3

I spent a lot of time trying to find it too, I see it under 'My Reservations and Tickets" tab. My next resort reservation is listed, then underneath it has Tickets and Passes linked and admission days remaining on them. The # of days was WRONG when I first linked them before my last trip, but I checked at guest services and they had the right info. (It is correct now online as well).

My next resort reservation is listed but it doesn't show the tickets I linked on our last MBs. The only way I can see any tickets is to click on MB tab and it shows our 2 old MBs with a ticket logo beneath each MB. One ticket is exhausted (FD last year). The other should still have several wp days at least, possibly 1 major park.
I will try linking dh's old ticket and see what happens. I probably will have to call the internet help line.

This is awesome that it now shows on MDE. I just checked my linked tickets and the total was correct. It does not show how many water park days I have though. I was just there a few weeks ago and went to Guest Services to check my tickets and told them it would be nice to see it online under MDE and they said, sorry, they wasn't possible. It was probably there all along.

Also, if you don't agree with the number of days left, check again. My sister had tickets that were lost that she needed replaced. She had copies of the tickets that I took to Guest Services for her to replace. The first person I went to said there were no days left on all four tickets. She was not happy that night when I called her because then she felt like they were stolen from their hotel room and not just misplaced.

Well we went to MK early one morning and I said, let me check guest services here since she was so adamant about there being days left. 2 of the tickets had 6 days left and the other two had four days left. They replaced them for her and in their computer was able to assign the tickets to her, her husband and their children.

Glad I didn't go by what the first person told me. This person at guest services said the first person probably entered the ticket numbers wrong since they were so small.

I know for certain that ds17 has park days remaining on his. Can I link an old non-expiring ticket to an old MB that already once had a ticket linked to it but now is used up? I hope I'm making sense.
Can 2 tickets be linked to his only band? Then again, he will be going next year for his senior trip. I wonder how they'll work that? Maybe I shouldn't link in case his new MB starts using our non expiring tickets instead of the ones bought with the school package. :headache:

I'll just wait to hear back from Disney by email.

I think the tix have to be 2007 and newer to find in MDE,right? Mine are from '04 and '05, so I think I have to wait till we're there to input them.....

I think that could be my problem. They weren't from before MYW though. We did have them converted to a card last September but they may have originally been from 2006. We've been using them for single or 2 day visits here & there over the years but buying the required package to get free dining when possible for longer stays.
