Old Park Hopper Plus Passes

I don't know if anyone can help me with this question, but it's worth a try. I have some old 7 day park hopper plus passes with a choice of four of the following I have a question about the plus options- this is how the back of the ticket reads:

Plus a choice of four of the following:
Disney's blizzard Beach water park- one visit *
Disney's typhoon lagoon water park- one visit
Disney's wide world of sports complex- one visit
Downtown Disney's Pleasure Island- One visit
Disney's River Country water Park- one visit

In the fine print on the bottom it reads: Parks or attractions may change operating hours, close temporarily due to refurbishment, capacity, inclement weather or special events, and may otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability to the owners of Walt Disney World Resort.

* this is the only plus option we have used so far

Now my questions since River country is closed does anyone know if they will let us use the plus options for another option. We won't use it for the Wide World of Sports Arena. So we would loose out on this option. I was just wondering if anyone else has asked or had experience with this. Thanks for any advice!!!!!!!

Don't worry about the wording on the tickets. You will be able to use the remaining plus options at either water park, PI or WWoS. You can even use all of them at BB if that's what you'd like to do.
