Old Magic Bands on MDE

Does anyone know why I can't see my Magic Bands from previous trips on MDE?

You should, I see all 500 of mine (not really that many)..

Some have mentioned they suddenly had things missing, called up and disney/it fixed it up.

I can see a bunch of mine. I did once have an issue with our magic bands and a cast member told us that if there are a lot of magic bands on the account it can mess it up or slow it down. Not sure if that is really true.

We had trouble with ours suddenly not showing up and it turned out to be a log in problem. Somehow we managed to have two accounts with the same log in. A call to tech support got it fixed.

I had one prior trip with magic bands and they do not show up when I check MDE on my desktop but they do show on the app. Seems like there is a disconnect somewhere with MDE.

We were told the same during our last trip. We did have WAY too many still active and the new(est) ones wouldn't work until we deactivated some of the oldest ones. I'm unclear if this was our bad luck or the next new thing .... but we really didn't need 10+ active magic bands.

I just called Disney and it is as some of you have said. I had 2 accounts under the same email and they had to merge them and I am now able to see the other magic bands.
