Old Key West 1 Bedroom

I think I remember hearing that all of the rooms at Old Key West recently went through a renovation. Does anyone know if this is accurate and is it complete?? Also in the 1 bedroom units, What is the layout of the bathrooms?? Is there a sink outside from where the shower and toilet are?? Thanks!!

I can't answer your first question, but here is the floor plan for a 1 bedroom villa at Old Key West. Looks like you will have a sink by the tub and one with teh toilet and shower.

In addition, buildings with a number higher than 30 have a door that creates a pass through between the laundry room and the bathroom. This helps if you are like me and have adult kids that you stow on the couch and sleeper chair. They do not have to come through the master to get to the bathroom.

Construction at Disney's Old Key West Resort
Disney's Old Key West Resort will be undergoing a refresh beginning spring 2017. During this time it is possible that you will see and hear construction taking place around the resort. Resort staff will attempt to limit any work most likely to cause a noise impact to the hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This refurbishment is expected to be completed in 2019

No, they haven't started the renovation yet. It will start in January and will last two years.
