Kinda.....its sorta a surprise for DBF for our trip to vegas. Its actually quite silly when you think of it. Its this sexy bunny costume.

I pictured something entirely different. :rotfl2::lmao:
Like pink, fuzzy, big feet....

It is adorable, a great buy and what red-blooded male would not love it?

Beth, I would love to go shopping with you. Too bad you aren't here, we've got tons of stores here.

I am now getting Vegas ads. btw, the radio today said that Vegas sales were way down and prices were 21 percent lower... of course we know better! It can be 50 percent off.

Well, he's a good dentist. And he did a good job with the other two extractions. It's my own hang ups and fear that get in the way. I'll go eventually. I just can't face it right now.

:

That's okay, you go when it's right. No pushing here.
I just think a good dentist is one who you're not so nervous about returning to... jus saying. Aren't they putting you to sleep? Or at least twilight?

Nope, I'm a big chicken and don't like the thought of being put out. I wasn't last time and did ok.
But it's still traumatic for me. I know people have dental work done all the time and are fine with it. I'm just one of those who has panic attacks.

LOL over the pink, fuzzy, big feet comment. :rotfl:

:lmao: I swear when she said bunny costume that is what I pictured. It is Easter 'n all.

I think most people don't like to go to the dentist. And I'm not crazy about being put under myself. But have you tried Twilight sleep - not the movie... it is this drug that you can control with a dial and you can get all woozy and high or just mildly high and it calms you....

Theresa, I found the rosa wine is at my grocery, so if we can't get the Magicale, we'll have that to rely on. :woohoo:

In my latest issue of Lucky, "giant leaps in self-tanning"

Nivea sun kissed beautiful legs and it says you don't have to shave as often. $10 at drugstores
and Jergens natural glow foaming daily moisturizer. $9 drugstores

I've never tried that. I might have to ask about it next time and see if it's something they offer. Thanks.

You might want to call ahead so if they do have it they can get it set up. I love that stuff. No headache the next day, etc.

I didn't buy the wine yet... so don't know. Will report!
Beth, I know you don't drink. It is important that you not have alcohol even in say desserts? Just curious and if I'm bein' too noisy, just ignore the question....

Are you kidding me. He's a guy. He'll be all over that. :rotfl2:

Hopefully ;)

So you were picturing something like in the Christmas Story? :rotfl2:

Very cute (and a good deal too :thumbsup2)

Seriously?? He's gonna love it and you are not going to get any sleep!

That's the plan ;)

I think DBF is going to think himself a very lucky man!

The great thing is.....he does think he is lucky.

And he should! Yay for good men :thumbsup2 My DH and I are total opposites - he is VERY fit and muscular, no fat anywhere on his body (I've checked:eek:) - and I am not. He thinks I am beautiful and he loves me for me, quirks and all

Same here. Early in the relationship we were just talking about random things and I had mentioned that if I ever needed surgery, I would also want to get a breast lift at that same time. He looked me in the eyes and said, "why would you do that?....You are perfect like you are. Don't change for me, but if you want it, that's fine. But I think you are perfect." :lovestruc

Aw, that's great! I am so thankful that I have one of the good ones - and we've been married for 18 years (yes, I know, shocking - I WAS a baby when we got married :rotfl2:)

I did have a breast reduction () a while ago and DH was very funny. When I was in the preop room, dressed in my very lovely gown and elf slippers, he was saying goodbye to the girls when the nurse walked in. Nice!! At least we know everyone had a chuckle and was in a good mood before surgery :thumbsup2

Your DH must be a cradle robber, no way you been married 18 years. You're still a baby.

No, that's fine. The only real reason I don't drink is I haven't found a drink I like. But since I like most desserts, it shouldn't be a problem. LOL!

Aww, that's nice. :goodvibes

That's sweet too. Ruben is the same way. He's always telling me how pretty he thinks I am.

Congrats to you!
When you guys are here in June, Ruben and I will be celebrating our 16 year anniversary. But we've been together as a couple for 21 years. We met when I was 13, started dating at age 16 and have been together ever since. :goodvibes

I reading what I missed and sitting here going like this:  and then like this: :lmao:
And that's all I'm saying. :rolleyes1

Stacie, have a great time tomorrow!!! :wizard:

Donna, the dentist isn't waiting. I am. I have a horrible fear of the dentist and I've already had two extractions and I am just not ready to repeat the experience even though I know putting it off is only going to come back to haunt me.

Oh, and for the record, I've blown a few eggs before. (hush, I'm being serious!) It's so easy. Use a pin to poke a hole in the top and the bottom of the egg.
Get a bowl, and just blow in the top of the hole until the egg comes out the bottom hole and falls into the bowl. Then rinse the egg, let it dry, and decorate it. I did it when I was a kid for my mom for Easter one year. I used glue and glitter to make the egg and she kept it for years. :goodvibes

OK, back to your gutter minds now. :rotfl:

ok...you guys are really too much....

but this totally reminds me of when I was little. my stepdad put eggs in my easter basket and told me they were "alligator eggs". I was completely fooled and told all my friends at school that I had gotten these. Of course he had "blown" :rotfl: the eggs, then dunked them in liquid jello, then refrigerated them until the jello set, then rinsed and dried them. And then decorated them like regular eggs. Because the inside was all jello-y I totally fell for it. The holes are so small that I didn't even think that you could do something like that. I never even noticed the holes.

You still have to try my Malibu and White Cranberry-Strawberry juice drink.

Aww, that's nice. :goodvibes

Did you do the aligator eggs for your kids too?

What a great stepdad! I love that idea.
