Old fashioned twinkle lights- Can I buy them?

We were at the MK in September & the trees at night were so magical with the soft "twinkling" of the lights.
Does anyone know what kind of lights these are & if they're available for purchase anywhere? I've looked at stores locally for Christmas lights that twinkle, but none have that "individual" light twinkle effect.

A few years ago, I bought a set of lights from Target that has a remote control on them that allows you to set them to different stages...one of which is like the "twinkle" setting for MK and Downtown Disney. They usually range for $10-$15 a package. Speak to someone in the seasonal department there, and they should be able to set you up!

theres plenty out there especially at wally world and lowes that have control boxes with them so you can get the soft twinkle to the full motion twinkle and up to constant on
