we are staying at OKW this week. IF we go to KIMONO's at the SWAN and stay late , how can we get back to OKW( .NO car) Is a cab our only option or are some buses running.

The DTD busses are the only busses that run really late. They run until around 1:30-2:00 am because that's when PI closes. So if are out late, just take a bus to DTD, they get off and get on an OKW bus. Sounds a bit time consuming but I can't think of any other way. Maybe a OKW veteran may have a better idea.

You may be able to catch a bus to Downtown Disney and transfer to an Old Key West bus there, but if it is even after DD closes or you don't want the inconvenience you will need to take a cab.
