OKW was pleasant suprise.......

We have not stayed at OKW since 2000. The kids didn't care for the pool and just how spread out the place is. Well we gave it another try this year and really enjoyed our stay. We ended up in building 54 which is a good ways from the main pool but there is a quiet pool with laundry facilities. The kids loved the new slide at the main pool. The only negative is wait times on buses. A bus to Epcot took 35 min. This really should happen in the middle of their busy season. We took a car a couple of places to avoid the buses. It was nice to come back to the quiet of OKW after being in the parks.

We still prefer the BWV because of it's location but OKW was a nice change of pace.

We were at OKW until the 9th in building 48, and it was lovely back there! It's my new favorite building! We were in a grand villa, and OMG, how lovely! There is no going back now! We didn't have any problem with buses, however they drove by 48, so we walked over to the bus stop when we saw them go by. Since they have to turn around before they pick up, we had plenty of time to get to the bus stop first. We also like BWV, but nothing can beat OKW in a grand villa.

I don't know about that. The BWV GV's are not too shabby either. We can't wait to try a SSR GV next. Got to love those GVs.
