What's the best way to get from Old Key West to Downtown Disney? And how long does it take?

Buses run every 15 minutes from all bus stops to the Marketplace and then Pleasure Island all day/night till 2am.

Limited boat service runs from Hospitality House to Marketplace. Not sure on extact times and hours.

Boat service begins at noon and continues until 2AM weather permitting. Only problem is the boat is really small (a pontoon boat like they rent)...so only 10 people at a time can ride...I read somewhere recently they were expanding boat service from OKW to include Saratoga Springs and would be using larger boats (more like the ones from Port Orleans), but I am not sure if the new service has started yet.

It is a delightful ride...we have riden over many times just for the boat ride.

Does it continue until 2am? I remember last time I rode, 9:40 was the last boat. But that was awhile ago.

I only question it because Marketplace closes at 11:00... Do they now stop at West Side as well?
