OKW to Contemporary

Would the best way to get from OKW to Chef Mickey's be to walk (or boat) to DTD then catch the bus for the Contemporary? Or catch the OKW bus to MK and walk over to the Contemporary? Which would take less time? Or are they about the same?

I would catch the bus from OKW to MK, then walk to CR. The reason I say that is that bus service to/from DtD is notoriously slow, and would also involve getting to DtD in the first place. Bus service at the resorts might not be super quick, but it is reliable, and there is no waiting at all to walk from MK to CR. I would leave DtD out of any transportation options unless you simply want to go to DtD.

It depends on your point of view...personally, for my family, we'd opt to take a taxi. It'll probably be about $20.

Otherwise, I agree, take a bus to MK and then walk to the CR. It's not a bad walk, about 0.5 miles.

That's the best option, I agree. When you get off the bus at MK, you are 1/3 way there already compared to the exiting park guests, who walk back and forth to BLT and the Contemporary all the time. Or you could jump on the monorail from MK, to the Contemporary, that is a fun option as well.

I would NOT go to DD.

Thanks all. Our ADR is at 7:25am so we will take the bus to MK and walk over to the Contemporary. What's another .5 after 29.3.

We have an ADR at 1900 Park Fare on Friday so I'll take the bus to EPCOT or TTC so my niece can ride the monorail for her very first time. We'll have more time to play with that day so no need for the fastest route.
