OKW rooms ?

I read the post about the noisy rooms by the highway at OKW. Which rooms (1 bedroom) or buildings are better and not noisy?

We were in a 1 bedroom that was ina building that faced the highway, and we never heard a thing in the room or on our patio. The only time we heard anything was when we went out the front to go to the bus stop or to walk to the pool. Hope this helps!

We like the waterview 1 bedrooms. We especially liked buildings 31 & 43. Some of the buildings along the golf course are surrounded by trees. We were in building 28 and had very little view. Our first trip we were in building 26, close to 25, that was a good spot, close to the bus stop and main building. Our view was of a pond and a golf green.

I have stayed all over the resort and have never had a bad room. I sleep great at OKW.

Well, except for those singing frogs at night. Didn't they keep you awake? WHen DH told me about that one morning, I had to laugh! Where else is that your biggest complaint except at OKW?

I find the buildings on Millers Road to be a tad noisier. I like the Southpoint area. Close to a bus stop and a pool. Not close to the HH though, but that is not too important to us, especially since you can take any Disney bus to the HH...they all stop there on their way out of the complex.

As I have said before though, there is not a terrible location or view in OKW, IMHO.

Those frogs kept my DW and me awake one night...we couldn't leave the patio for several hours. It was one of our most relaxing evenings ever. Hard to believe we were in the middle of so much action and yet so peaceful!
